Limousine Service Frequently Asked Questions
|Q. When does the time start?|
A. The rental time starts when the limousine arrives at the pick-up location at the scheduled pick up time. (Our Chauffeurs always arrive early at no extra charge.)
Q. If I am renting a limo for a wine tour, do I have to plan the tour?
A. You have the option of pre-planning a specific wine tour with specific wineries, or you may simply allow your chauffeur to make recommendations along the way. (When wine tasting with groups of 8 or more we reccomend calling the specific wineries you are interested in and setting up tasting appointments.)
Q. Will I get charged for taxes, credit card fees, fuel surcharges, on top of my hourly rate?
A. No, we charge a flat hourly rental rate with no hidden fees.
Q. What is included when you rent a limousine?
A. A professionally trained Chauffeur, sparkling clean new limo, Four bottles of champagne, Pepsi's, Sprite's, and bottled water's. (Passengers under the age of 21 will be served sparkling cider, Pepsi's, Sprite's, and bottled water's.)
Q. What information do I need to reserve a limousine?
A. Your name, phone number and a valid credit card are the minimum requirements. (When you reserve with us you have the option to have us; E Mail, Fax, or Mail you a copy of your reservation.)
Q. If we reserve a four hour rental and want to extend it to a five or six hour rental, is that ok?
A. Sometimes. As long as it does not interfere with another reservation California Limousine already has you are welcome to. (Extra hours continue at the same hourly rental rate, we don't raise the hourly rental rate if you go over.)
Q. Can we smoke in the limousines?
A. No, all of our limousines are non-smoking.
Q. Can we bring additional food and drinks into the limousine?
A. Yes! Please be responsible. (Our Chauffeurs bring a cooler with extra ice and extra supplies with them on all wine tours, feel free to use our coolers, If you would like to bring a lot of food please let us know at the time of booking and we will bring as many extra coolers as needed.
Q. Do you discount reservations Monday through Thursday?
A. Sometimes, call for availability.
